Reception

Pet Hospital
Our modern hospital facilities feature separate dog and cat wards, designed to help reduce stress and create a calmer environment during your pet’s stay. With in-floor heating, heat pumps, and ventilation systems throughout the hospital, we maintain a warm, comfortable, and cosy space to support recovery and wellbeing.
To further help pets feel relaxed and secure, we use Adaptil and Feliway pheromone calming products throughout both hospital wards, helping to reduce anxiety and create a more soothing experience for our patients.
Diagnostics & Radiology
Our clinic is equipped with a comprehensive range of modern diagnostic equipment, allowing us to quickly assess your pet’s health and begin treatment as soon as possible.
Our on-site diagnostic facilities include:
- IDEXX blood machines, including a biochemistry analyser and complete blood count (CBC) machine, providing full blood results in less than 15 minutes.
- Sklya VM100 AI Multifunctional Morphological Analyser for urine and faecal morphology testing.
- Skyla biochemistry analyser.
- IDEXX Urinalysis and SediVue Dx Urine Analyser.
- Microscopy services for haematology, cytology, and dermatology assessments.
- Digital radiography, including dental radiographs.
- Ultrasound imaging.
Our radiology equipment allows us to capture fast, high-quality diagnostic images within minutes. We also offer ultrasound imaging, which provides real-time moving images to help examine internal organs and assist in diagnosing conditions such as tumours, cardiac disease, pregnancy, and more.
We do these diagnostics on site, so we can get to caring for your pet as quickly as possible.
Operating Theatre
Our sterile operating theatre is fully equipped for orthopaedic, elective, and emergency surgeries, with a strong focus on patient safety and comfort. Our surgical suite features positive airflow ventilation, a modern anaesthetic machine, patient warming Bair Hugger, and advanced anaesthetic monitoring equipment including blood pressure, oxygen saturation, capnography (to measure carbon dioxide in exhaled breath), heart rate, and temperature monitoring, with close supervision of a qualified veterinary nurse maintained throughout every procedure. We also have dedicated dental facilities, allowing us to provide high-quality dental care for your pet, including dental radiographs, scale and polish treatments, and tooth extractions.
